INSPECTION

1. INSPECT BACK DOOR POWER WINDOW REGULATOR SWITCH ASSEMBLY

(a) Check the resistance.

(1) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

If the result is not as specified, replace the back door power window regulator switch.

(b) Check the illumination operation.

(1) Apply battery voltage to the back door power window regulator switch and check that the illumination comes on.

OK:

Battery positive (+) → Terminal 8

Battery negative (-) → Terminal 1

Illumination comes on

If the result is not as specified, replace the back door power window regulator switch.
